About the Fun Factory
Come Play and Learn With Us!
The Morgantown Fun Factory is dedicated to providing hands-on, interactive learning experiences to foster learning experiences that promote curiosity, wonder and amazement in the the children and families of Northern West Virginia. We provide a stimulating destination for children and their caregivers. Our play center is filled with fun and educational toys and objects to stimulate young children’s minds, help develop skills and self-awareness, encourage self-expression, promote dexterity, and foster the use of imagination and creativity. Children 5 and younger are welcome to visit the Fun Factory with their parents and other caregivers!

What Can We Do at the Fun Factory?

How It All Began...
Over ten years ago, a group of parents and professionals came together to address a fundamental concern in our community: The need for children's programs that offer hands-on, experiential activities, interactive workshops and performances, as well as parent-focused community resources. Together they formed ROFAYKI,Inc (Recreational Opportunities For All Young Kids Initiative) and in February 2004,the Morgantown Fun Factory first opened its doors to local families.
Since its opening, there have been over 9,000 visits by children to the Morgantown Fun Factory. We have also served more than 2,500 children through various outdoor community events that we have sponsored or in which we have participated. ROFAYKI, Inc, the parent organization of The Morgantown Fun Factory, is a local non-profit organization staffed exclusively by volunteers and sustained financially by donations from the community, small grants, and our own fundraising projects.
